Refugees & crew: green screen

Fake refugees (skinny friends) were filmed against a green screen and then added to the opening animated devastation scenes - otherwise, because there were no people in the scenes, viewers assumed the archivist was the last person alive. The green screen crew also appear in this photo and are (from left) Producer Lizzie Gillett, Animation Director Martyn Pick (blue shirt) and Visual Effects Supervisor Greg McKneally (right of picture).
