One of the most successful countries involved in the Global Premiere on September 22nd, with a packed out cinemas, a simultaneous TV broadcast and loads more being booked through Indiescreenings.net
 

Over 500 people (540 tickets sold) including 5 well known thai celebrities from music and movie industry, representatives from Thai royal family, journalists and tv crews, supporters, staff and their families along with friends from our alliances braved the thunderstorm and heavy rains to watch the premiere of Age of Stupid at Siam Paragon’s Royal Pavalai theatre .

Guests had the opportunity sign the AOS action pack, sign a petition to Obama and network with tcktcktck allies and Greenpeace. The movie was simultaneously broadcasted live on PSI -free to air channel that is available all over Thailand except in Bangkok.

The caravan crew that stayed behind to take care of our fellow travelers and great friends the elephants get an opportunity to watch the movie as well.

On September 21st / 22nd, on the eve of the UN General Assembly's climate session, The Age of Stupid was launched internationally at the biggest and greenest live film event the world has ever seen. A-list celebrities walked the green carpet to an eco cinema tent in downtown New York, linked by satellite to 700 cinemas in 50+ countries. The Age of Stupid DVD double-disc extravaganza, in 31 languages and with more than six hours of Extras is now available to pre-order here. From October 5th anyone anywhere can buy a license to screen The Age of Stupid in their school/pub/church/multinational oil corporation.
